Went to see Nicki at The Hive to get some cryotherapy after I unknowingly sprained my ankle during a race. After one session, nearly all the swelling had gone done! Nicki is such a fun person who talked me through the whole process, and she even wrapped my ankle with KT tape after my last session. The cryotherapy session really helped with getting my ankle back to normal.
